Hayley’s Ice Cream in Estes Park

Picked this because of Trip Advisor and was not disappointed. They had me at waffle cone dipped in toffee. Highly recommend if you're looking for ice cream in Estes Park.

The best place to get ice cream in town. They have more flavours than anyone else. Customer service was also a great experience. I'll recommend at least enter the shop and try it for yourself.

Wonderful little sweet shop in downtown Estes Park. Surrounded by a plethora of other sweet shops, this one sticks out with a good selection of excellent flavors. There's often a line out the door, but your taste buds will thank you for waiting.

Ice cream was okay, service was meh. Not bad but nothing special either.

Amazing ice cream! We took a couple pints to go to save for after dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the flavors we chose (Oreos & Cream and Huckleberry).

We tried Hayley's and were a bit disappointed. You could smell the fresh waffle cones when we went in which is what made our decision about which of the many ice cream places to eat at. But as I ate my waffle cone, it seemed like a cone that had been made a few weeks prior. It was especially crunchy and just wasn't great. The mint chocolate chip ice cream was okay but nothing special.

After a long, hot afternoon of hiking in RMNP, our group decided we wanted some ice cream. The night before we saw multiple ice cream shops in town and chose this one because of the name and amazing smells wafting out of the place! We each asked to sample a flavor or two before we committed, which they happily allowed us and others around us to do. *I will warn you, if you get a full size cone it is a little pricey, so if money is of concern, try the smaller size cone. Also, since it is so pricey, ask for a sample before you commit so that you know you like it!* The homemade ice cream was amazing! We all ended up with different flavors and shared. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an ice cream treat!

The ice cream at Hayley's was excellent. We ordered and took it outside and sat on one of the benches outside along the street. Highly Recommended

The Black Rasberry was great! The Double Expresso could have had more coffee.

Hayley's is a perfect spot to go to in the summer or in the winter. The ice cream here is phenomenal and their decorated/chocolate dipped waffle cones make the ice cream that much better. This is a must stop when walking downtown!

Absolutely amazing milkshakes. A bit pricey but very definitely worth it. The staff are super friendly and let you sample anything and everything.

Fantastic homemade ice cream. Great selection of flavors and fresh made waffle cones and bowls as well! They also have a nice selection of chocolate and some other sweets as well. Totally hot the door on a hot day while walking around town. I'm definitely going back next time I'm in Estas Park.

When traveling and looking for a place to eat, look for where the locals go. Each and every local—from our front desk at our hotel to the cashier at Brownfield's—recommended Hayley's Ice Cream. The flavor options were great and with plenty of variety. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our family, including two younger children, and it was all around a great experience for our vacation.

When passing by we couldn’t help but notice everyone on the street had ice cream. We stopped in, ordered a sea salt caramel & a spicy chocolate in waffle cones. We were highly impressed in the service and surprised by the amazing flavor in the ice cream sweets. Just get in there and don’t be afraid to pick the spicy chocolate, it’s what we will be back for.

The ice cream was pretty good but the service wasn't. Even though there was no one behind us the entire staff seemed annoyed and rushed us through the ordering process. I wanted to try some flavors but didn't feel like I could ask. Next time I'll go to one of the other delicious ice cream places on the street to avoid the attitude.

I love their chocolate malts. I ask for them thick because they usually make them runny. $7 or $8 is a bit much for a malt even that good.

My pistachio ice cream milkshake tasted fine enough, but they had left a large shell inside and another that had splintered into little inedible pieces, all of which I had to spit out. Would not recommend for children since they could have easily been swallowed

Good service and lots of good fattening stuff to select from. My opinion is they have the best ice cream in town.

So, so, so delicious, and a great part of this promenade. I had the birthday cake ice cream and my girlfriend bought chocolate covered strawberries. The staff were super friendly, they even replaced a scoop for a kid who dropped his. Would highly recommend this shop!
